peppol : Peppol support (eInvoicing)

The lino_xl.lib.peppol plugin adds functionality for accessing the Peppol network. It uses the Flowin e-invoicing API by Ibanity while remaining open to other Peppol access points.

This plugin has two usage scenarios, which can –but don’t need to– be combined on a single Lino site:

• Managing Ibanity end users
• Send and receive Peppol documents
